The day after the Election Audit, the State Board of Elections informs each county of their assigned contest and the two randomly selected samples (Election Day precinct, one-stop site, or Election Audit absentee by mail ballots) to audit. Others from the county who reacted to Mastriano’s move included state Sen. On Tuesday, Attorney General Mark Brnovich filed a Motion to Intervene with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of the State of Arizona in the Democratic National Committee lawsuit challenging Arizona’s ban on ballot harvesting and statutes regulating out-of-precinct voting. At issue are “analog” voter fraud efforts such as falsified ballots, multiple-counted ballots, and general mail-in voter fraud practices. The issue of improper folds does not appear to be across the board in other races or other towns, but Hursti isn’t ruling it out. Hursti reiterated there is no reason for concern in the rest of New Hampshire. Note the chyron at the bottom claiming Arizona is engaged in a “fraudit.” I mean, what is ol’ Chris worried about if he and the rest of the Democrat mouthpieces at CNN believe that 2020 was “the most secure election in US history”? Partnerships that receive Letter 2205-D and are under general deficiency procedures for tax periods beginning after November 2, 2015 and before January 1, 2018, may make a time sensitive election into the BBA.

The US Election Assistance Commission (EAC) believes Dominion Voting Systems machines in Michigan use “modem transmission features” and “do not match the EAC-certified system configuration,” according to a letter the inspector general of the EAC sent to U.S. “Your office announced today that the state parties can designate only one reviewer for every 10 audit teams,” the letter laments. Conservatives can always tell when Liberals are on the verge of a meltdown. How many of her shows in 2018-2019 were about “Trump-Russia collusion” before Robert Mueller’s report blew that theory up in her face (her 17 most egregious lies can be found here)? New Hampshire. Controversy surrounded counting errors associated with one or more vote tabulators in Windham County “misreading” folded ballots, with one machine having “counted only 28 percent of the 75 votes for each Republican candidate in the contest.” The Windham discrepancies discovered during the hand count – that Republican candidates were short-changed by the automated tabulators while Democrat candidates gained votes – are potentially very important if the problem is statewide (and maybe even nationwide), as reported here. Citing state and federal law, Superior Court Judge Brian Amero ruled that ballots must remain in the custody of county election officials.

The final report from the Forensic Election Audit team is due 45 days from the completion of the forensic audit on Thursday. Byrne, who previously said he’d been funding his own team of “hackers and cybersleuths and other people with odd skills” to search for voter fraud, has so far raised over $1.5 million to support the audit, according to the website created by his new nonprofit organization, The America Project. Over the past two weeks, Harri Hursti, Mark Lindeman, and Philip Stark led the charge as the three-person team of forensic auditors. The official report of the audit’s results will not be released for several weeks, but auditors say the initial findings have not pointed to widespread fraud and won’t change the winners or losers of the races. Rumor: Videos, images or emails suggesting voter registration information is being manipulated means voters will not be able to vote. He said it would depend on a number of factors, including the condition of the ballot images. The nonprofit has analyzed ballot images in various counties before but doesn’t appear to have been officially contracted to do so. In fact, those who were tasked with oversight of the ballot counting were locked out of the rooms.

The ‘voter-verified’ part of the VVPAT refers to the fact that the voter is given the opportunity to verify that the choices indicated on the paper record correspond to the choices that the voter has made in casting the ballot. I asked her to repeat that and then asked what the point of counting paper was. I located a poll worker and asked her what was being done at each table. Thus, states that use electronic poll books were measured against a total of eight standards, while states that do not use electronic poll books-or are only in the early piloting stages of using electronic poll books-were measured against a total of six standards, as detailed further below. Logan met with Wood at his South Carolina property late last year while Logan was investigating the 2020 elections, Wood told Talking Points Memo in an interview last month. And, Masterson says, the strategy chosen by the Arizona’s Republican state Senate leaders is working as intended to undermine confidence in the outcome of last year’s vote.
